Coaching

Coaching is a dynamic dialogue that puts people on the fast-track to their highest potential.   It is a professional, confidential relationship that is client-centered and results-driven. 

Our coaching program centers around developing Emotional Intelligence competencies and strengthening Communication Skills for maximum achievement, both personally and professionally.  Our intake process includes the BarOn EQ-i* Emotional Intelligence assessment, as well as other self-report assessments, that provide us with the rich soil from which exceptional results will grow.

A coaching relationship can last anywhere from six months to three years.  We recommend our clients commit to an initial 90-day agreement in order to fully integrate the coaching process and see significant growth.

All new coaching agreements, including the 90-Day coaching agreements, require a one-time initial intake fee of $149, which includes introductory coaching materials and the self-inventory assessments, as well as the EQ-i^® - Emotional Intelligence assessment.

We have two platforms from which to choose to best facilitate your style and schedule.

We conduct our coaching sessions via the telephone.  The client will call a number provided at the designated time and day for each of the sessions.

*Additional professional assessments are available at additional fees upon the request of the client, as the specific need or desire is identified and/or defined.  These assessments include: EQ 360 (Multi-Rater for teams); MAPP (Career Potential); CQ (Communication Quadrants™ Style Preference), and others...
