EQ Essentials Programs

EQ Essentials consists of several programs designed to meet the needs of individuals, teams and organizations.  Each program contains assessments and practical exercises for individuals and  organizations to enhance productivity by focusing on and developing the emotional intelligence of executives, managers and teams.

Research has shown that the single most significant factor in the success and achievement of top leaders is their Emotional Intelligence skills, their EQ - and these skills can be learned.   Yet, developing these skill requires intention and practice and practical application.  These programs support the integration of Emotional Intelligence behaviors and skills into your work and life.
