Coaching Platforms

We offer two coaching platforms for our clients, based on their communicating and processing styles.  Each platform provides 120 minutes of direct, one-on-one coaching per month:

The Pulse Platform:

This platform is for our predominately "Commander" and "Promoter" clients.  The platform consists of three forty-five minute calls per month.   The platform is effective for those clients whose communication style is direct, fast-paced and results oriented.  The schedule allows for each session to address a specific issue and move forward with expected results.

The Probe Platform:

This platform is for our predominantly "Analyzer" and "Supporter" clients. The platform consists of two one-hour coaching calls per month - one every other week, with two ten-minute check-ins on the alternating weeks.  The longer sessions provide the time for these communication styles which prefer a longer, more in-depth dialogue and a more process oriented focus, while the shorter interim calls allow for continuity and confirmation of the process.

As in any type of coaching relationship, the development of the person being coached is dependent upon a looping process of practice and feedback, a review of techniques and then more practice and feedback.  The results come about as part of this process and a commitment of the person being coached to "practice" the techniques in the area being coached.

Because it is a process, coaching is most effective when it is undertaken for at least three months.  Most coaching relationships last much longer, but typically will last between six months and one year.
